What happens if customs stops/seizes my order?
We do not accept products that are being returned by Customs Agencies. We will refund your order as per our Refund Policy once you have provided proof of customs seizure. Note: That this process can take up to 30 days. By ordering you agree to our Refund Policy and understand you are ordering these products at your own risk and understand the importation restrictions of your country.
Will I receive a tracking number?

Refund Policy (International/Domestic)
We will only offer a refund on unopened products and within 30 days. We are not liable for any additional shipping costs you may experience returning items. A 20% restocking fee to cover handling and $20 shipping charge fee will be applied. If your order was more than $300, a $30 shipping fee will be applied. Upon return of the neither unopened, nor damaged item(s), we will issue a refund within 2-3 business days but this can take longer to arrive at your bank if an International transaction.

We will not issue a refund if your package has not arrived before 30 days. If 30 days has passed and your package has not arrived, you will be given a choice of resending the entire package or a refund as per our Refund Policy.
We are not responsible for customs clearance in your country. If your package does not arrive because Customs or Border Force has stopped your package, upon receiving a Seizure Letter we will ask you if you'd like the entire order resent or a refund as per our Refund Policy.A refund will be given for unopened products, less shipping/handling. An average will be calculated and refund given on cycle product(s). A 15% adjustment fee will be applied if free product(s) are used prior to returning the items.
